Dr Fabiha Afrin Toma
Cheif Medical Officer
Dr. Fabiha Afrin Toma is a dedicated Bangladeshi medical doctor with more than nine years of clinical experience in hospital-based patient care. She has served as a Medical Officer at Monowara Orthopaedic and General Hospital and previously worked at Dhaka Medical College Hospital in the Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics, following the completion of her internship at Rangpur Medical College Hospital.
Dr. Toma earned her MBBS from Rangpur Medical College and has undertaken additional professional training in medical ultrasound, basic surgical skills, and continuing medical education. She is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health at CQUniversity in Sydney, Australia, further strengthening her commitment to improving healthcare outcomes and public health.
With a strong commitment to compassionate, ethical, and patient-centred care, Dr. Toma is passionate about advancing women’s and children’s health and contributing to accessible, high-quality healthcare services through clinical excellence and community-focused initiatives.

Sadia Begum is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Begum Rabeya Khatun Chowdhury Nursing College under Shahjalal University of Science and Technology. She graduated with consistently strong academic results, demonstrating excellence throughout her nursing education.
She completed four years of clinical training and a six-month internship at Jalalabad Ragib Rabeya Medical College & Hospital, where she gained practical experience in patient assessment, clinical nursing care, case management, and evidence-based practice. She also conducted a research project on hypertension among patients in tertiary hospitals, reflecting her commitment to improving healthcare through research.
Sadia possesses strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and clinical skills. She is proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SPSS, and is fluent in both Bangla and English. As Chief Nurse of the Mother and Children Charity Hospital, she is committed to delivering safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care while supporting the hospital’s mission of improving the health and wellbeing of mothers and children in underserved rural communities.
